It can be stressful to leave your pet while you travel, but with All Star, you're in great hands. Whether you’re out of town or just need a sitter for the night, we will make sure your pup has a safe and happy stay. Our kennels are climate controlled with raised kennel decks and we offer a variety of premium add-ons to plus up your pet's vacation.
Boarding drop-off is 8:00 am – 7:00 pm daily. Pick-up is before 11 am, with an additional fee for late pick-up unless they are being groomed on the day of departure.
We provide webcam access to our clients with camera-access suites so that they can check in on their happy pets.
Each furry friend receives plenty of exercise, treats, and cuddles during their stay and will be walked three times a day by a staff member. You may also add any of our healthy add-ons, like playtimes and cuddle sessions!
To keep your dog comfortable in their home away from home, it helps to keep to a routine. We suggest bringing sufficient food from home to maintain your dog’s regular diet, but we do offer house food for an additional fee. We also keep up with your pup’s individualized schedule with feeding hours in the morning, lunch, and evening. There is never a shortage of fresh water, as we fill bowls numerous times throughout the day.
The best way to finish your pup’s vacation is a spa day! When scheduling your boarding reservation, make sure to ask us about any spa day delights from full dog grooming to a nail trim.
Boarding prices vary by the size and the weight limit of the accommodations available at the time of the booking. You will be able to choose your preferred accommodation to suit your pet care needs depending on availability. Larger kennels may be available, making it an ideal choice for keeping pet siblings together.
During our most in-demand boarding timeframes, a $5/night Peak Season Pricing charge will be added to all boarding reservations. Peak season dates include any major local school breaks and May 24th – Sept 9th, November 22nd – December 1st, & December 15th – January 3rd.
We charge a late check-out fee for all dog boarding guests who are picked up after 11 am, equal to a full-day of boarding. Your pup will still get to enjoy our fun facility while they wait to be picked up!

Any boarding dogs participating in group daycare will be evaluated on their first day. Upon successfully completing their first day, your pet will be ready to join us for regular services! Please set aside an extra 10 minutes for the first day check-in, and ensure you send over vaccination records prior to drop-off.
